No, I don’t mean an Adobe Flash based game, I’m talking about the DC Comics character The Flash.  A former employee of Bottle Rocket Entertainment has posted some footage from a very early build of their cancelled video game starring the Scarlet Speedster.  While the game was only 6 months into development when it was regrettably canned for financial reasons, the sandbox game looks like it had a lot of potential.

Always sad to see what could have been; With this video at least we can appreciate what Bottle Rocket was trying to do.  Saying that I would have liked to have played it is the biggest compliment I can give them.  The Flash hasn’t fared too well in other mediums, thankfully we have the excellent ongoing comic series Flash: Rebirth to tide us over for now.
