The first trailer for Sylvester Stallone‘s 1980′s style action extravaganza The Expendables has arrived.  The film stars some of the greatest action movie stars in the history of film, including Jet Li, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren and Stallone himself.  Hell, he’s even thrown in Mickey Rourke and Eric Roberts for good measure.

The Expendables will either be an amazing send up of the action films that defined the 1980′s and 90′s or it will be a sad reminder of just how washed up some of these guys are.  I’m betting it will be a little from both columns.  But let’s be honest here, you don’t get to see Jet Li fight Dolph Lundgren every day, now do you? And there are going to be cameos from Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger. This can’t fail.
