During the debut of David Cronenberg’s latest film MAPS TO THE STARS (in Canadian theatres today) at the Toronto International Film Festival, we sat down with actors Robert Pattinson and John Cusack about their experience working with one of Canada’s finest directors.
In the film, written by Bruce Wagner, Cusack plays Dr. Stafford Weiss, a successful Hollywood self-help guru with an even more successful spoiled brat actor of a son (played by Evan Bird), who’s also treating aging actress Havana Segrand (Julianne Moore) navigate some difficult feelings regarding her past and future.
Pattinson, in his second collaboration with Cronenberg following Cosmopolis, plays a limo driver under the employ of Agatha (Mia Wasikowska), a mysterious burn victim who unexpectedly arrives in Los Angeles looking for answers to some dark secrets in her past.
