Hugo Weaving as The Red Skull - Captain America: The First Avenger

Ladies and gentleman, I give you Hugo Weaving’s Red Skull from Captain America: The First Avenger. I’m guessing this is a late-in-the-movie uniform, as there’s no Nazi symbology. This kind of disappoints me in a weird way; I mean, being a Nazi just adds another level of evil to The Red Skull, don’t you think?

I’m definitely digging the Hydra belt buckle/shoulder pads, and the fact that you can totally tell it’s Hugo Weaving underneath the prosthesis. It’s something about the mouth…

The Dark Knight Rises Casts Hathaway & Hardy

Hero Complex today ended one of the biggest bits of casting speculation in recent memory: Anne Hathaway is set to play Catwoman and Tom Hardy will play Bane in the third installment of Christopher Nolan’s Batman cycle, The Dark Knight Rises. First Look at X-Men: First Class Cast

Dredd Adds Lena Headey

Director Pete Travis’s (Vantage Point) next theatrical venture, Dredd, just welcomed another cast member to the upcoming comic reboot. The Playlist confirms that Lena Headey (300, Game of Thrones) will be playing the main antagonist in the film.
